扭伤(sprain)是指四肢关节或躯体部的软组织(如肌肉、肌腱、韧带、血管等)损伤，而无骨折、脱臼、皮肉破损等情况。临床主要表现为损伤部位疼痛肿胀和关节活动受限，多发于腰、踝、膝、肩、腕、肘、髋等部位。
