作用：本品可用于月经不调、功能性子宫出血及子宫内膜异位症等。还可用于晚期乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌。

醋酸甲羟孕酮片(仙琚)

醋酸甲羟孕酮片的注意事项是心脏病、癫痫、抑郁症、糖尿病、偏头痛、哮喘慎用。

本品为双凸、椭圆形白色片。

本品可用于月经不调、功能性子宫出血及子宫内膜异位症等。还可用于晚期乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌。

醋酸甲羟孕酮口服后迅速吸收。血浆半衰期大约为2天，每日一次重复给药后约10天血药浓度达稳态。血浆血药浓度与剂量成比例，但有相当数量的个体差异。通常，要达到相当于肌肉注射后4周的血药浓度,口服本品的剂量应至少是注射剂量的2倍。

本品不适用于儿童。

老年患者应在医生指导下服用。
