苯溴马隆片(立加利仙)

苯溴马隆属于苯骈呋喃衍生物，具有抑制肾小管对尿酸的再吸收作用因而降低血中尿酸浓度。口服易吸收，其代谢产物为有效型，服药后24小时血中尿酸为服药前的66.5%。苯溴马隆片为促尿酸排泄药，作用机制主要是通过抑制肾小管对尿酸的重吸收，从而降低血中尿酸浓度。

俗话说，是药三分毒。服用苯溴马隆片有时会出现肠胃不适感;极少出现荨麻疹;在个别情况下还会出现眼结膜发炎、短时间的阳痿、变态性的局部皮肤湿疹(皮疹)头疼和尿意频增感。
