病情描述：

　　我是一名患有精神分裂症，忧郁症和强迫症的26岁女孩，病史13年。现在病已经好了很多。这些天出现了一个现象就是我的病一般是早轻晚重，我这几个月精力和心力消耗得很快也很大，当精力和心力消耗到一定程度时我就出现了坏心情和负面情绪，再消耗时我就忧郁了，再进一步消耗时我的病就可能发作，当精力和心力消耗得差不多时我的病就发作了。我这几天天天晚上病都会发作。

检查及治疗情况：

从8年前一直用西药治疗到现在，现在还在按时按量吃药。住过5次医院。分别是云大医院和本地州精神病院。

想得到的帮助：

请问我的精力和心力为什么会这样大量消耗，我一天也没干什么呀？是哪里出了问题才像这样？要怎样解决？（
