　　你好,肩周炎是肩关节的周围软组织发生损伤而引起的广泛性无菌性炎症,与肩部不活动僵硬等有关,多发于50岁左右,所以又称“五十肩”.其主要表现为肩部全范围的疼痛,疼痛面积大,且难以指出明确的疼痛部位,肩关节与手臂各个方向的活动均受限.
